No REFUNDS or EXCHANGES will be accepted under any circumstances, for any reason, unless incorrect products were received. If your order contains incorrect items, Please contact us immediately within 48 hours of the arrival of your package via email at fashion@ronnizclozet.com. Your email must include your Name, Order #, and photo of the incorrect item that was shipped to you. All information must be included in order for the correct items to come to you.
